Open from 11 a.m. to midnight, the Torre Fara Lounge & Bistrot offers an extensive list of international and signature cocktails and food service open almost nonstop from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m., featuring traditional dishes and great classics.

Enjoy aperitif time in the elegant, sunny lounge or sit on the deck, just a stone’s throw from the beach, for a fresh carpaccio, a legendary New York Club Sandwich or a grilled local seafood.

In the summertime some very exclusive poolside tables are also available, by reservation only, with tasting menus designed by our executive chef for unforgettable candlelight evenings.

Our bartenders are constantly researching unique flavors, tastes and blends in order to ensure that guests at Torre Fara – Lounge & Bistrot have a unique experience. Thus are born unique Cocktail Signatures, with great sophistication, but designed to make your aperitif enjoyable and relaxing.

In addition to traditional ingredients, our Lounge & Bistrot can boast some that make it truly unique: an unparalleled view of the Gulf of Tigullio and the Portofino Promontory, a magnificent deck a stone’s throw from the sea that makes the atmosphere magical at all times of the day, and last but not least, a knowledgeable and attentive staff, ready to meet the requests of our guests.
